Default Inception

I saw the movie on Friday and I enjoyed it! I saw it in the early afternoon and the majority of the audience was over 70 years of age and on the way out many of them were discussing and mumbling about how confusing it was, and although I understand why they thought that, I thought it had a nice amount of confusion. Well, not confusion exactly but deepness to the plot and it's a movie that is fun to stay on top of as far as listening and getting involved in what is going on.
I can't say that I'm going to see it again anytime soon, but I did enjoy it while I was watching it and think it's an enjoyable film. Nolan does a good job of telling the story and filling out the characters.
The only issue I had with it was it's running time, at the end I felt it could have been trimmed fairly easily and around the two hour mark I tend to get a bit antsy.
Anyhow, I would recommend it.
Anyone else see it?

I wanted to take the wife to see this before next friday, but doesn't look like it will happen. Matbe a couple weeks after her recovery. But it does look like a good movie.

Wife and I saw it yesterday and loved it. Actually, I think it's the best movie I've seen in the theater in a while. I didn't mind the running time and actually I felt like it could have gone on for a couple more hours and I wouldn't have cared. I'd highly recommend it... what a film!

Saw it. May have to see it again, but only because my expectations were way off-base. I guess I had expected more of a hazy, dream-like feel; less like a videogame-esque scenario. I'll definitely need to digest all the logistics of the dreamscape again. But there was a lot to like, effects, soundtrack and acting-wise. And I can only wish that every crowd-pleaser was this audacious and the action shot so elegantly. Plus, Eames is the coolest gay action star EVER! (Future Bond villain mayhaps?)

Well, considering that the actor was Le Chiffre in Casino Royale... I think he already was a Bond villain...

Mads Mikkelsen was Le Chiffre. Eames was played by Tom Hardy.

I was really, really afraid this would turn into another eXistenZ, luckily it did not, well it almost didn't it was just a smidge away, but I guess everyone will interpret the ending as they like best, and it isn't that much of an open ending, it is open, but it's just a case, of Yes or No.

All in all, it was pretty great.

Heh. apparently, Christopher Nolan ripped off Inception from a Scrooge McDuck comic. Undeniable proof.
